Tantric massage opens you to touch, energy and breath awareness. Using sexual energy, we can experience a feeling of expansion on a physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual level. Including and integrating all parts of the body mind, brings healing and rejuvenation. Tantric massage is the gift of nourishing, loving conscious touch. Receiving this quality of touch and presence can also help to release any blocks, resistances, tensions or stress that the body may be holding onto. We can access a state of deep relaxation and surrender, bringing harmony, balance and aliveness.
Tantric massage is non goal oriented and invites you to explore an important aspect of tantra; the art of being present. Being able to receive fully, without the need to control or reciprocate, helps to bring us into our body to fully feel the sensations that are happening at that moment, rather than staying in our head anticipating what will or should happen, fantasizing or perhaps feeling the need to react or follow a conditioned way of thinking. Letting go and simply staying present, enables the sexual (life force) energy, to be stimulated, flow and expand, bringing an increased awareness of pleasure.
Letting go of expectations or goals, when giving or receiving a tantric massage, the givers intention then becomes one of meditation through the hands, bringing with it an intuitive, spontaneous touch. The receiver remains present and connected with the touch, letting the mind gently drop back, enabling a melting, a feeling of expansion and wholeness.
Areas of tension are softened and the mind becomes focused on the sensations being experienced. As you relax and pay attention to your body, a feeling of timelessness and deep relaxation can be felt. Exploring the sense of touch soothes the mind and any tension slip away.
Using breath and subtle bodywork, we are able to integrate heart and mind with body and sensuality through an expanded sensory awareness. Tantric massage is an honouring of the divine body in all its uniqueness; your temple to your inner self! When we are being seen and honoured in this way, just as we are, it is incredibly healing.

”Massage is something that you can start learning, but you never finish. It goes on and on, and the experience becomes deeper and deeper, higher and higher. Massage is one of the subtle arts – and it is not only a question of expertise. It is more a question of Love” Osho
